Ovulation: If you are in your 40's and have been trying to get pregnant for 6 months or more then you should see a Fertility medicine doctor soon. The ovaries ability to produce healthy eggs goes down rapidly at this age so getting evaluated soon is important. Sex every day or every other day mid cycle is fine.
