Almost certainly but: Some women have orgasms rather easily, whereas others have more difficulty. Since you did it before it is likely you will experience many many more orgasms in the future. However, I notice that you suffer from depression and schizophrenia and many meds for those can create difficulty having orgasms. Discuss with your doc and see if there are other meds less likely to have this effect. See comment:

Very likely: I agree with Dr.Baker. I just want to add that you didn't mention if you masterbate. Some sex therapists would recommend "homework" for you to gently stimulate your clitoris for at least 5 minutes every evening. This can help you "learn" how to have an orgasm.
