Sorry, you can't: There are effective treatments for genital warts, cervical dyspasia, or other HPV abnormalities and may speed clearing of HPV itself. Smoking contributes to persistent HPV and stopping tobacco may help the immune system clear it faster. But that's about all. There are no other treatments, diet, lifestyle, or anything else known to help. Happily most HPV infections clear up within 1-2 years.
