Copper IUD: Great question! Best to discuss this with your gynecologist, as almost all forms of birth control are considered extremely safe and highly effective. However, and this is my personal opinion, an intrauterine device like Paragard might be a good option to discuss with your doctor as you don't need to worry about accidentally skipping a dose (and is completely reversible).
