Not from the water: I'm glad you're going to the gym and I'm glad you're health-conscious. I'm also sorry that somebody at the gym did something so inappropriate. If I'm understanding correctly, you ought to mention it to the manager. Truth be told, being aware is good, but HIV and herpes don't travel between people this way. Enjoy fitness and don't let unrealistic fears of virus stop you.
