Yes. with caveats: If you are fertile and had unprotected sex, you could be pregnant. Although you may also just be having a delay in menses. If you really wish confirmation a blood level of beta-HCG will be more sensitive than the home urine test. So to have that done you would need to see a physician. Best wishes!
