My partner and i just got tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia but mine was negative and his was positive. how is that possible?

Gonorrhea: He may have not transmitted this to you, the test may be incorrectly collected or performed, he may have gotten these before having sex with you again. No way to answer this without more info. What is more, you need to be tested for other STDs as well, since if you have been exposed to one you may have been exposed to several.
