I have 4 red sores on lower labia majora close to perineum area. i shave and use body wash. they don't hurt or cause pain, not clustered, no puss. ?

Red Sores: Since you shave in the area, you could have folliculitis which is inflammation of hair follicles after shaving. Treatment can be a mild prescription cortisone cream like Cloderm. Remember that without seeing the skin lesion it is impossible to make an exact diagnosis.
