Day 15 usg report was 1 follicle ruptured, when it ruptured? same day or it can be before that day?if sex that day after few hours can i conceive?

Can't say: There is no way to say exactly when it ruptured any more than you can say when a balloon burst or a cup of water spilled unless you observe it. That said, the most fertile time includes a couple of days before and after ovulation so you should still be able to conceive. Best wishes. Hope this helps.
