I have a hard bump on the inside of my vulva near my vaginal opening does that mean i have an std or what is it?

Likely a cyst: At age 25, a hard bump just inside the vaginal opening is most likely a cyst due to blocked gland. Things your gyne will want to know- is it painful?, changing in size? Any discharge? New sexual partner? Always best to have it checked by your gyne.
