MANY POSSIBILITIES: It could be a simple skin lesion, cyst, or even a genetal wart. See your gyn!

Unsure: Only a trained health care provider can evaluate this. Please see you ob/gyn so you can get any necessary treatment right away.

See your MD: It is difficult to make a diagnosis without a physical exam. However, any lesion in the genital area could potentially be a sexually transmitted disease. Other condition such as tumor also has to be ruled out. See your gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment accordingly.

Likely a cyst: At age 25, a hard bump just inside the vaginal opening is most likely a cyst due to blocked gland. Things your gyne will want to know- is it painful?, changing in size? Any discharge? New sexual partner? Always best to have it checked by your gyne.
