Unlikely.: Pregnancies are dated based on the first day of your last menstrual period. Technically, the day you conceive, you are already 2 weeks pregnant based on that criteria, which can be confusing. If your presumption that you are 4 weeks pregnant on 3/27 were true, you likely would have conceived about 3/13 or so. I would recommend a first trimester sono to make sure of your dates.
