Go see your Gyn ASAP: It could be implantation bleeding or menstrual cramps etc.Tylenol (acetaminophen) or midol may help the pain.

See your doctor: You should see a gynecologist for evaluate. Could be a number of things. Fibroid tumor, endometriosis, hormone imbalance and pregnancy should be ruled out.
