Erection Troubles: Yes. As long as you can reach ejaculation you can impregnate your spouse. Now worry about your ability to get and maintain an erection can cause the troubles to persist. An erection is more about your brain than about your body. Sometimes just one dose of an ed medication will give you back your self confidence and allow you to perform as you desire.
