Super Sperm: Your sperm may already function perfectly well without vitamins. However, proactive healthy lifestyle is great. We do not have great information on this topic but vitamin E and zinc may be the two most commonly suggest food supplements for sperm. If you have any reason to think that you have a fertility problem then see a fertility specialist (urologist may be good start).

Zinc and folic acid: Zinc and Folic Acid may help. My patients do very well with a male fertility supplement sold by coast reproductive.
