Normal: A ring of tiny symetrical bumps around and just under the head of penis are so called "tysons" glands or pearly penile papules can be white, pink or even purple and are perfectly normal and benign. They will be more or less prominent at different times and typically present with an uncircumcised penis. No needto fret.
