Unlikely: If you had intercourse without ejaculation the day before you began bleeding secondary to your menses, it's unlikely you would become pregnant. However, anytime a woman has unprotected intercourse, there is always a "chance", no matter how small, she could become pregnant.

Very unlikely: but never say never. Always use protection if not ready for pregnancy.

No: If you are getting your period, you can't get pregnant.
Dr. Heidi Fowler
Psychiatry 26 years experience
Highly unlikely: If not ready for pregnancy – use protection every time.

No, not unless...: A woman cannot get pregnant during the first few days of her normal regular periods. However, if she has some spotting and is not on her period, but mistakenly thinks she is on her period, it is possible that she is fertile during the spotting. A urine pregnancy test can be done about 3 weeks after sex, if worried. (Also, it's very unlikely to get pregnant with "pre-cum".)

Maybe but: The totally precise, correct, exact answer is "we don't know." we don't know because no one has (or will) ever study this in a scientific manner. It would be extremely unlikely, but under some circumstances it's theoretically possible. So "maybe" you could. Use protection if you don't want this to happen. If 47 years - if - is your correct age - then the chance is basically zero.

Not really: if you are truly on your period you are not ovulating and therefore cannot get pregnant. But precum when you are fertile can get you pregnant which is why coitus interuptus is a poor method of birth control with a high failure rate.

Can you get pregnant from the pull out method the day before your period?

Agree with Dr. Smith: Withdrawal (aka coitus interruptus or pull out method) is not an effective form of birth control. Many don't have the level of self control needed to do it properly – pregnancy rate is about 27% in that case. When used completely correctly – pregnancy rate is about 4%. Due to presence of pre-ejaculate – pregnancy may occur even if done correctly. Pregnancy is unlikely w sex the day before period.
