Post-op swelling: Not really. You should call the urologist and be examined. It sounds as if you may have a hematoma in the scrotum and this would need attention.

Itching in Groin: Itching in scrotal area is common with common fungal infection called jock itch. You can use oTC meds to see if it helps. Your doctor can do skin scrapping if needed to confirm diagnosis.

A male asked:
Have a small red spot on scrotum that is hot in temperature. However there is no real white centre to it. Have it three days now. What could it be?

Epididymitis: You have an infection. Either of the skin or deeper in the scrotum. Please go see your doctor for evaluation and treatment.
