HCG & clomiphene: Injectable HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) directly stimulates sertoli cells in testes to produce sperm. Clomiphene tricks pituitary into producing more fsh to stimulate sertoli cells to produce more sperm. Both HCG & Clomiphene can also increase testosterone production (so it's illegal per wada). Talk to your reproductive endocrinologist if you're concerned about fertility issues. Good luck!
