Take a test : Yes you can be pregnant. Use Plan B if intercourse was within 72 hours. Please don't have sex again without condoms until you see your doctor. At age 19 with twins life is going to be hard. Don't make it harder. Your first period is usually 3-6 weeks after delivery. You can get pregnant before your first period.
