Depends: If you had unprotected sex around the time you ovulated, this could be a miscarriage . It also could be a bleed where you did not ovulate, or a bleed after you ruptured a cyst. It could also mean an ectopic pregnancy , however, so you need to make sure you do not have a pregnancy. See a Provider and check this out!
