Yes.: Just make sure you have not developed orchitis (an inflammation of the testicle), unrelated to your surgery. Check with your surgeon.

Appendix: Although not common this can happen. The appendix surgery is very near a nerve that supplies the testis. Healing, irritation of the nerve can cause this pain.
