That's an unusual: Combination; you prematurely ejaculate yet you are not aroused enough for a fully erect penis? Let's say you want your penis to be hard but not ejacualte too quickly. First a low dose drug called an ssri, taken daily will help. Sertraline 25 mg is what i would recommend, escatlopram 5 mg also good but they all work. If erection then a problem, Cialis is good, lasts longer, other options exist.
