Generally yes: Typically there shouldn't be an interaction between those two types of medications. However, if you are on other types of medication, you should consult the doctors prescribing those medications to make sure that they are all aware of all of your medications.

No: Bcps may interefere with normal thyroid function as well as other hormones. Avoid bcps.

Yes: Birth control pills and thyroid medication are fine together. Many people with thyroid disease take oral contraceptives as the birth control method of choice.
