Self esteem #1: It's important that you realize that your confidence may have little or nothing to do with your breasts. First analyze what would really make you happy. Counseling may be a better priority. If you determine that augmented or lifted breasts will improve your self confidence/esteem/image, then see a board certified plastic surgeons with photos to determine if you have realistic expectations!
