So i had my period on dec.20th ended the 25, had sex on the 4th of jan. then got early heavy period on 9th now i missed 2 periods. possibly pregnant?

Possibly: The heavy period on the 9th may have been implantation bleeding, though it is usually light. The only way to know for sure would be a pregnancy test. You could have become pregnant after the 9th of january.
