Pregnant?: All these symptoms point towards some disruption of your menstrual cycle and the most important one of these is pregnancy! this has to be evaluated and start with home kit which is very accurate. If your last menstrual period was feb 2nd (15/2) then due date for normal gestation would be nov 22. Your dates are confusing however as its february and not march... Please see a competent physician.
