A member asked:

How old should you be before the foreskin becomes fully retractable?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Teens: During puberty, boys start having nocturnal erections, which gradually mobilizes the foreskin, eventually rendering it fully retractable. If an older boy or man is unable to pull the foreskin down to expose the glans, he may have phimosis, or tight foreskin. This can be treated with a steroid cream or circumcision.
