Probably: Please understand that no birth control is 100 percent effective. You are never truly "safe." every time you have sex, pregnancy and stds are still possible regardless of how long you have been taking birth control pills. Also, please realize that sperm is present long before ejaculation. Never depend on withdrawal, if pregnancy is an unacceptable risk or outcome for you. Consider adding condoms.

Yes: You are "safe" after consistent use of birth control pills for two weeks, three certainly. You might skip a menses or have breast tenderness or nausea with the first three weeks on the pill, but if these symptoms persist, be sure to get a pregnancy test, because all birth control methods can fail.
