Pregnant?: Pregnancy is always a possibility. Purchase and perform a home pregnancy test. They usually become positive when you're about a week late. If it's negative, repeat it in 1 week and see your doctor.

Mechanical: It would be unlikely to be pregnant given the scenario above. You didn't mention where you are in your cycle so it could be midcycle bleeding, early menses or from some trauma from sex causing some bleeding. If it continues to be a problem, see your doctor.
