Yes: Its great that he was tested and that he is "clean." but there is no std panel that checks for everything. Additionally, men are not usually checked for hpv, which is the most common std overall. Additionally, some stds require lesions to actually test accurately. There are no guarantees of complete safety in a sexual relationship.
