Privacy: In many states, teenagers can get tested for stds without their parents' permission or knowledge; in some states, you have to have permission. You may be able to find the answer as to whether you need permission by searching on the internet.

STD Clinics: Good morning there are usually county std clinics or public health clinics. The laws vary from state to state. Sometimes your pediatrician can also do this, but that risks the insurance data being found by a parent. If i knew where you lived i could add a bit more possible information. I think that planned parenthood may also have some insights about this in your community.
