Vasectomy: Most patients admit to very little pain after and short lived pain during the numbing part of the procedure.

Not much : Numbing for a vasectomy can be accomplished with a needle or a spray device (no-needle anesthesia). Either way, the discomfort is usually very mild and only lasts a second. Pain after vasectomy is also usually mild, but this is more variable. Once in a while a patient is too active too quickly after vasectomy and turns what could have been an easy recovery into something more drawn out.

Yes, not much...: Vasectomy-related ache/pain is not much and very tolerable. But, remember: nothing is free but comes with a price.
