Unlikely pregnant: Pregnancy tests are very accurate and you used protection; periods can be irregular at times but with that many upt's at this stage she should not be pregnant.

Depends: If you used a properly fitting condom, applied before any penetration & never re-used the condom for another round it likely prevented pregnancy. Pregnancy tests are usually positive by the time they miss a cycle. Some women just miss a cycle occasionally. Testing once a week if the delay continues. If the delay exceeds 60 days her OB may want to give meds to bring on a cycle.
