Many reasons: Could be from your female hormones, could be from fibrocystic changes, or other breast conditions, you should see yoru obgyn for breast exam and a mammogram should be done or breats ultrasound if indicated.

Many reasons: Slore breasts can be caused by hormonal cyclic changes, physical breast manipulation or injury by "bumping into something" unknowingly.
