Not necessarily.: Breast soreness can occur due to stretching from increased fluid retention. Breast pain can occur in conjunction w premenstrual syndrome, ovulation, your period, pregnancy, hormone imbalance or use of oral contraceptives. If this becomes an issue for you -have it medically checked. Take care.
