Pregnant?: While rare, tubal ligations can fail, and if pregnancy occurs, it may be a tubal pregnancy. You should see your doctor immediately for an evaluation.

Do a urine pregtest: If - do a blood preg test at your gyns office , if + then your OB will need to see where the pregnancy is at in utero vs ectopic, if neg then other testing can be done and either way an ultrasound can be done, hopefully for u preg test will be neg, tubals can have a small failure rate.
