UTI or pregnancy?: You certainly could be pregnant you could also have an infection. In either case you should check a pregnancy test, clearly if it's positive go to the doctor. If it's negative recheck it in a week. Because of spotting as you may have a urinary tract infection. It is uncommon to have the pregnancy related symptoms as quickly as you have unless your dates are wrong and you were already pregnant.
