I have the nexplanon in my arm for birth control so I rarely have periods. I just finished a period 7-14 days ago. I am not bleeding again and the blood is dark red almost brown and has large clots of tissue in it. The flow is otherwise low for me.
Passing large blood clots but period isnt heavy, not any liquid blood, just the clots. Pelvic pain & bleeding weeks at a time on birth control.
