Yes: Without taking birth control, and being sexually active, you can certainly get pregnant. (also, do not forget birth control pills may prevent pregnany, but they do not prevent sexually transmissable diseases, so practice safe sex as well). Good luck.

No problem: Being on the pill generally doesn't delay the ability to conceive. Although allowing conception to occur is perfectly fine right after stopping the pill, some gyn's recommend waiting one month (using a condom, etc) to allow a regular spontaneous menses- to make it easier to calculate a due date.
