1 cm is sort of big: A person with a 1 CM lump on the glans of his penis should have a doctor examine it. It is unusual for someone to have a 1 CM lump on the end of his penis. The doctor will want to know how long the lump has been there, what it looked like when it first started, if there was any penis trauma, whether or not the lump breaks open or oozes, what sexually transmitted diseases one has had, etc...
