With caution: If the warts are not growing postpone treatment to the third trimester or after delivery. Common treatments include cryotherapy ( with liquid nitrogen), podophlyllin compounds and Imiquimod cream. Liquid nitrogen or in special situations Imiquimod may be used in pregnancy. Ask your obstetrician or dermatologist if treatment is appropriate for you.
