Hello. : Hello. I don't know the cause of your mass or your symptoms. However, if it feels like a ball and is in the midline above your belly button, it could be an epigastric hernia (possibly). I know that you have had a lot of surgery. I recommend having a general surgeon evaluate your abdomen. Take care.
