Anytime : Anytime sperm comes in contact with the vagina, there is a chance of pregnancy. Even though the estimated "fertile time" starts a week after your period ends, this is just an estimation and you can get pregnant any time during the month. If you think you might be pregnant, you can either wait and see if you miss you next period and then take a home pregnancy test or you can call your doctor. A home pregnancy test is only 97% accurate about 1 week after the missed period. A doctor's urine test can tell if you are pregnant around the time your next period should come and a blood test can tell as soon as 7 days after conception. Good luck!
