I : I am getting confused by the sequence of events that you have described. So, i will just try to provide some general information. Normally the penis needs to make some form of contact with the vagina for insemination to occur. The sperm are motile and have little tails that whip back and forth, to propel them through bodily fluids. The sperm like smooth sailing, they don't do well with obstructions like clothes. The second issue is that you had sex during your period. Although you are not ovulating during your period, sometimes the sperm stay alive in your body for up to five days (and rarely longer). If you were to ovulate and there were still some live sperm, this could lead to conception. Please use protection if you are going to have sex.
