The : The itching may be a sign of something else going on besides "rugburn". You may be dealing with jock itch, which is a fungal infection. Try over the counter Clotrimazole cream to your penis twice a day for about a week. If you do not notice an improvement you should see a doctor for an evaluation. Good luck.
