A : A blood pregnancy test gives a wide range of normal values. It is not accurate for dating. An ultrasound is much more accurate to date the fetus.

See below: Agree with Dr. E. Pregnancy test does not provide and accurate date of conception. The information you provided is not sufficient to rule in or rule out the other man as being the father of the baby.
