Normally : Normally men don't experience morning sickness (although in some cases they may experience sympathy symptoms). I am guessing that by the term "morning sickness" you are referring to nausea and / or vomiting. It you both have the same symptoms, there is a possibility that you have a viral infection. If that is the case, normally those symptoms will resolve without treatment. If your menses is late and you are still having symptoms, you might be wise to take a pregnancy test.
