How do i know if i have acute prostatitis? i have back pain, and have to pee a lot, which burns. do i need a prostate exam?

Prostatitis: These are two of the many possible symptoms of prostatitis. Weakened urinary flow and post-ejaculatory pain are also common symptoms. If you havana of these symptoms you should have a digital rectal exam by a physician.

Ultrasound test shows normal size of prostate, psa: 1.0, urine/semen cultures clear of bacteria, 2-3hpf of pus cells in semen culture. Is this all enough to conclude that i don't have prostatitis?
