I've had pain during sex and endometriosis has been ruled out. i've recently had sex and bled afterwards. is it possibly my ovaries thats the problem?

Hard to say: If endometriosis has been ruled out through laparoscopy then potentially the pain is from your ovaries. Occasionally an ovarian cyst can cause pain with intercourse. If a laparoscopy has not been performed then there still needs to be some concern that endometriosis or scarring can be present. Bleeding after intercourse is more of a cervical issue.
