Does the ph in the mouth kill sperm?

Not really: Not really. The mouth is not that acidic. Some will die but not the majority.

No: Saliva has a ph between 6.0 and 7.4. The normal ph for semen is 7.2-7.8. Sperm are protected by the fluid around them which makes up the semen. It is unlikely that a ph change is going to "kill" the sperm.

Probably: The ph in the mouth and also the enzymes in the digestive tract are not friendly to sperm.
